Transfer Pricing: A Case-Based Approach

We are glad to have contributed to the book “Transfer Pricing: A Case-Based Approach” by Eva and Stefan Greil that presents the topic transfer pricing in a clear and structured way by means of a case study.

We contributed a chapter on value chain analysis, which is the cornerstone of any transfer pricing analysis. Our chapter on intangibles aims to provide a practical introduction to transfer pricing practitioners.

In both cases we focused on the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. It is the aim of the book to introduce beginners into the basics of transfer prices for tax purposes.
